Flow is neutral. It exists in everything.
Flow is the impulse you act upon the moment you feel it.
Flow moves through your patterns and habits, so it lights them up first.
Flow takes on the characteristics of the vessel through which it passes.
Flow is Life Force.
Flow is impossible to pin down. Translating it into words instantly takes you into paradox.
‘When paradox abounds, you know you’re in the Realm of the Divine,’ said Paul Mueller Ortega.
In the Realm of the Divine, Flow highlights what is. In this way, it can look like joy, sorrow, addiction, freedom, expression, or collapse.
Flow is impersonal. It simply animates the structure through which it flows.
Living in Flow means tending to what is right in front of you. Chop wood, carry water.
But living in Flow also invites you to navigate the currents of co-creation. This is why it is true to say that we create our own reality.
Sometimes Flow is slow. Sometimes Flow is fast.
You have to be quick to catch it. Once it’s gone, you must wait for the next wave.
But waves of Flow are always rolling in.
We can influence Flow. Although it is already in motion, our Free Will allows us to choose which currents we join.
Because we are creatures of habit, we tend to merge with currents of Flow that match our practiced state of being.
Internally, this looks like falling into ruts, mental patterns, or neural pathways that are familiar.
Externally, this looks like gravitating toward behaviors, choices and relationships that are predictable.
Rewiring your patterning from the inside out allows you more freedom to choose which currents you join and participate in. This is the job of a spiritually sovereign being.
To learn more about Flow, join me on December 18th, 19th and 20th from 10-11 am PST.

Our exploration will be guided by writing, movement and breath. It is accessible to everyone.
